Position Title: . IT Support Professional for Hardware and Software (Intermediate)
Department: I.T. Services
Location: Arvada, CO

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience with deployment of PCs and Servers using an automated process
• Level 1 PC troubleshooting for Windows XP and printers
• Experience supporting MS Office
• Available for flexible work schedule beyond core hours – on-call, after hours, and weekends (limited to no more than 25% of time)

Preferred/desirable qualifications:

• Experience with Altiris
• Patch Management automated testing and implementation
• Remedy helpdesk software
• Server 2003 Operating System, VMWare, and ESX Server and Virtual Server support
• Commvault backup software
• Project management experience
• MS Project software
• Windows NT Server
• Provide desktop support department-wide to include closing out problems.
• Possible deployment of 100-300 PCs.
• Provide patch management, automated testing and implementation.
• Available for flexible work schedule – core hours, on-call, after hours, and weekends.
