Position Title: Account Executive
Department: Commercial Sales Team
Location: Boca Raton, Florida
Job Requirements: Perform inbound and outbound
sales calls in order to quote prices and place orders
for CounterTradeproducts.comıs products and services to ensure daily
and quarterly sales goals are met. Answer customersı
questions on pricing, availability information on products,
and any shipping or service issues related to placed
orders. The minimum educational requirements for applicants
are: a four-year college degree, or two years of college
(48 credit hours) and two years of relevant experience.
Position Specific Skills: Answers inbound calls
in order to quote prices, place orders, research orders
already placed and assist customers with any product,
order, shipping, or service questions. Makes outbound
calls to profile potential customers and solicit business
in order to increase sales with CounterTradeproducts.com. Meets daily
sales goals to ensure quarterly objectives. Inputs and
tracks orders per customers request and purchase orders
into ProAccess. Prepares sales quotes and bids for customers
and checks customer credit terms. Negotiates prices
with customers to secure business while maintaining
margins. Informs customers of any new service offered
by CounterTradeproducts.com, current promotions, rebates or CounterTradeproducts.com
20/20 marketing program. Communicates with Tech Support
to acquire product information and product compatibility
in order to provides customer with first level technical
product support to insure product will meet customer
needs and requirements. Generates daily sales log summary
report for management review. Keeps updated profiles
on all accounts to anticipate where CounterTradeproducts.com can fulfill
a need in their respective business plans. Participates
in vendor-sponsored and Corporate-sponsored training/meetings
to attain new and existing product, industry and company
knowledge.
