Position Title: Account Executive
Department: I.T. Services
Location: Arvada, CO /Boca Raton, Florida
Job Requirements: Performs inbound and outbound
sales calls in order to quote prices and schedule I.T.
services technicians to ensure daily and quarterly sales
goals are met. Answers customers' questions on pricing,
availability information on products, and any shipping
or service issues related to placed orders. The minimum
educational requirements for applicants are: a four-year
college degree, or two years of college (48 credit hours)
and two years of relevant experience.
Position Specific Skills: Answers inbound calls
in order to quote prices, research orders already placed
and assist customers with any service questions. Makes
outbound calls to profile potential customers and solicit
business in order to increase sales with CounterTradeproducts.com.
Meets daily sales goals to ensure quarterly objectives.
Inputs and tracks warranty and other service issues.
Prepares service quotes and bids for customers and checks
customer credit terms. Negotiates prices with customers
to secure business while maintaining margins. Informs
customers of any new service offered by CounterTradeproducts.com,
current promotions, rebates or exclusive specials. Communicates
with V.P. Operations to determine pricing, availability
and vendor contacts. Communicates with Technical Staff
to acquire product information and product compatibility
in order to provides customer with first level technical
product support to insure product will meet customer
needs and requirements. Generates daily sales log summary
report for management review. Keeps updated profiles
on all accounts to anticipate where CounterTradeproducts.com can fulfill
a need in their respective business plans. Participates
in vendor-sponsored and Corporate-sponsored training/meetings
to attain new and existing product, industry and company
knowledge.
