Position Title: Account Executive - WomenOf.com
Department: Sales Team
Location: Arvada, CO (Headquarters) - Boca Raton, FL

Job Requirements: The basic function of the Account Executive is to generate Sales in support of the goals and objectives of the Company. Minimum two (2) years field sales experience (assigned territory), with record of progressively increased profitable volume. Experience should include consultative selling and demonstrating websites. Candidates with experience selling advertising and internet solutions desired.


Position Specific Skills: This is an exciting position for a creative self starter, who can work in an unstructured environment and recognize the potential of our on-line women's ezine www.WomenOf.com. The successful candidate must be motivated and experienced to constantly prospect for new customers via referral, cold calling, or any other ethical means available; demonstrating both creativity and personal initiative. Make presentations to potential and existing customers, including demonstrations. The Account Executive is responsible for meeting or exceeding established sales objectives within, and for, his/her assigned territory; consistent with the overall corporate goals and objectives as provided by the direct supervisor. This position requires the ability to perceive the needs of customers through conversational interaction and translate those needs into orders for the company. Must be able to make most people feel comfortable in his/her presence and be people and results oriented. This is a dynamic position; it requires an individual who is goal-oriented and is committed to the company's products and services. The Account Executive is required to work with both new and existing customers (as assigned by direct supervisor); identifying and developing sales opportunities based on observed or latent needs of the customer and negotiate prices with customers to secure business while maintaining margins.
