After a crazy period at work, I am finally able to take the time to commend Angela on her effort to keep me informed on questions we had about a new Dell laptop that CDC purchased from you. She was excellent at keeping me informed during a trying time of getting some answers on whether a new Dell notebook had a wireless card present. Nobody seemed to have the same answer frustrating all parties involved and this went on for a 3-day period!

For the last five months I have been employed as the CIO for Canon City Schools. Though it is a challenge, I enjoy it very much. It seemed appropriate to pass along to you how Otavia has assisted me in making my new job just a bit easier.

The level of purchasing here is greatly increased from what I bought at UCCS. Not only am I purchasing more items, but different brands, larger quantities, etc. I mention this because things here are still rather hectic and sometimes chaotic. Otavia has been nothing but professional in her assisting me. I don't always communicate correctly what I need, and am not always timely in my responses. She works what seems tirelessly on my behalf. (I know this because sometimes we are both working online with email late at night or early morning.) She brought together the EPSON rep and myself to work on bringing a better projector program into our district. She gently explains to me how a different item might meet my needs better than what I am asking for, and she does this with patience and good humor.

I know it's not been easy for her to service this account the last five months, but she has persisted in keeping me on track. I believe in this society we are too quick to complain and criticize, and too slow to commend. I just wanted you to know Otavia does a wonderful job for us.

We can approve payment. Although there are a few things still in transit, we trust they will arrive. When CounterTrade slipped a bit regarding the shipping instructions, they made good in the end, and the effort showed. I appreciated that. While everyone wants perfection, there is no such thing. But they went the extra mile to fix their error, and that's worth noticing, and is one of the things that separates the good vendors from the typical ones. Hi Otavia,

I would like to take a moment to tell you what an asset I think Brooke is to CEW. She continually goes above and beyond what I think is expected of customer service. She's always helpful, and I mean always. In all my time dealing with Brooke, I think only twice CEW couldn't provide something and that's after much researching. One was a Dell product and the other was a discontinued item.

She now lets me know the status of every single item that I order and our working relationship is so in sync that I just love it.

Regarding a web site redesign,

Prosolutions emanates the ideology of excellence, quality, and affordability in website design. I have been a client of Prosolutions since 1999. They began by hosting a website for me that was designed by an outside source, but when our site started looking tired and could not do all of the functions that I wanted it to do, I decided to make a change. I contacted them with the idea of a cart that I could manage without seeking a degree in page maker or web design. They came back to me with the site that I am currently using and I love it.

The site that Prosolutions built is easy to use and understand. I can make changes from any computer in the world and it doesn't require having a "how to operate" manual in front of me. I also know that help is just a phone call away when I need something on the site changed. The best part about it is that I am not nickel and dimmed for the small changes that I need to make my site look like one of the best.

The professionals at Prosolutions are prompt. Initial designs for my website had some features that were not working for my products. I sell coffee in ½, 1, and 5 pound bags and each size, has a different price associated with it. The initial product design did not have a feature that would make it easy for my customers to make a purchase. I went back to the designer and told him what I needed and it was done within a day.

When looking to succeed in the online market, there are a few necessities and Prosolutions is one of them.

I would like to commend the way one of your employees, Lynn Berge, handled a recent problem. I ordered two Epson LCD projectors and replacement lamps for McLain High School through Jefferson County Schools' purchasing department in 2001. When I recently tried to use the replacement lamps, I discovered that we received the wrong model lamps in both orders. The first response from CEW was that there was a 30-day replacement policy. After several conversations with Ms. Berge, she promised to look into the situation and work with me. She contacted the Epson representative, who agreed to exchange the lamps. Lynn handled this situation very professionally and in a timely manner. She was available both by e-mail and phone to discuss the problem and to respond to my concerns. Because of her efforts, the problem was resolved. Thank you for having employees who care about your customers.

The purpose for my letter is to inform you of the outstanding service provided to Adams County School District No. 50 by Joe Boglino and your entire staff. When I informed Joe of the problems we were having with Compaq, he took the initiative on his own to set up a meeting between the local Compaq representative, our ITM manager, and myself to resolve the problems. Since that time over a year ago, Joe has continued to track all of the orders with Compaq.

Additionally, Joe has worked many hours on our account making sure that we had up to date status of all our orders with Compaq and doing all the expediting of our orders. Joe is always quick with returning our calls when we have to leave a message and he will stay with a problem until he gets it resolved. Because of Joe's excellent service, we have also moved much of our business for peripherals, software, and printer to CounterTradeproducts.com.
