Steve,
We got everything on our Fujitsu Lifebook order in time to make the trip to Iraq tomorrow. We have some very grateful people here.
I want to thank you for your outstanding customer support on this action. I know I will look to Countertrade in the future for our computer needs. You guys are a shining star amongst all the rest!

Dear Joe,
After a crazy period at work, I am finally able to take the time to commend Angela on her effort to keep me informed on questions we had about a new Dell laptop that CDC purchased from you. She was excellent at keeping me informed during a trying time of getting some answers on whether a new Dell notebook had a wireless card present. Nobody seemed to have the same answer frustrating all parties involved and this went on for a 3-day period!
I commend her on her professionalism and support to keep me informed even when no information was provided to her.
Give her a raise!!
Thanks,
Shara

Dan Hays and Wayne Walker were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire website redesign process. They were more than willing to talk me through how to update the site. If I had a question, it was answered by the end of the day. We are very pleased with the end result and so is our Board!!!

For the last five months I have been employed as the CIO for Canon City Schools. Though it is a challenge, I enjoy it very much. It seemed appropriate to pass along to you how Otavia has assisted me in making my new job just a bit easier.
The level of purchasing here is greatly increased from what I bought at UCCS. Not only am I purchasing more items, but different brands, larger quantities, etc. I mention this because things here are still rather hectic and sometimes chaotic. Otavia has been nothing but professional in her assisting me. I don't always communicate correctly what I need, and am not always timely in my responses. She works what seems tirelessly on my behalf. (I know this because sometimes we are both working online with email late at night or early morning.) She brought together the EPSON rep and myself to work on bringing a better projector program into our district. She gently explains to me how a different item might meet my needs better than what I am asking for, and she does this with patience and good humor.
I know it's not been easy for her to service this account the last five months, but she has persisted in keeping me on track. I believe in this society we are too quick to complain and criticize, and too slow to commend. I just wanted you to know Otavia does a wonderful job for us.

We can approve payment. Although there are a few things still
in transit, we trust they will arrive. When CounterTrade slipped
a bit regarding the shipping instructions, they made good
in the end, and the effort showed. I appreciated that. While
everyone wants perfection, there is no such thing. But they
went the extra mile to fix their error, and that's worth noticing,
and is one of the things that separates the good vendors from
the typical ones. I'd like to do business with them again....
all the best,
Mark
First of all, THANK YOU. Your willingness to help made the
difference that allowed me to accomplish my mission. Thank
you. I received the items today, but I need a purchase order
or receipt. You may fax (803-751-4832) or email it to me.
Once again thank you for all of your help.
Thank you for your support.

Hi Otavia,
I would like to take a moment to tell you what an asset I
think Brooke is to CEW. She continually goes above and beyond
what I think is expected of customer service. She's always
helpful, and I mean always. In all my time dealing with Brooke,
I think only twice CEW couldn't provide something and that's
after much researching. One was a Dell product and the other
was a discontinued item.
She now lets me know the status of every single item that
I order and our working relationship is so in sync that I
just love it.
Brooke has really given a new name to Customer Service!
Thanks,
Tammy

Regarding a web site redesign,
Prosolutions emanates the ideology of excellence, quality,
and affordability in website design. I have been a client
of Prosolutions since 1999. They began by hosting a website
for me that was designed by an outside source, but when our
site started looking tired and could not do all of the functions
that I wanted it to do, I decided to make a change. I contacted
them with the idea of a cart that I could manage without seeking
a degree in page maker or web design. They came back to me
with the site that I am currently using and I love it.
The site that Prosolutions built is easy to use and understand.
I can make changes from any computer in the world and it doesn't
require having a "how to operate" manual in front of me. I
also know that help is just a phone call away when I need
something on the site changed. The best part about it is that
I am not nickel and dimmed for the small changes that I need
to make my site look like one of the best.
The professionals at Prosolutions are prompt. Initial designs
for my website had some features that were not working for
my products. I sell coffee in ½, 1, and 5 pound bags and each
size, has a different price associated with it. The initial
product design did not have a feature that would make it easy
for my customers to make a purchase. I went back to the designer
and told him what I needed and it was done within a day.
When looking to succeed in the online market, there are a
few necessities and Prosolutions is one of them.

To Whom It May Concern,
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Dan Hays and CounterTrade
Products. Wells, Anderson & Race LLC has worked with Dan for
the past two years and during this time; Dan has gone above
and beyond the scope of his job to ensure our website was
up to our law firms' standards.
I have found Dan and CounterTrade Products' willingness to
understand our business needs and flexibility in delivering
a high quality solution to be of significant benefit. Additionally,
the commitment to customer service during this time has been
most appreciated.

Subject: Thanks to Rodney Anderson
Mr. Beglino, I wanted to let you know what a super job CEW's
Rodney Anderson continues to do for us. In particular, over
the last two weeks, he's helped us meet and beat some very
aggressive procurement timelines for getting critical equipment
to joint warfighters that are actively engaged in the President's
campaign against terrorism. Rodney's turned around each order
quickly, accurately, in full, and has cheerfully kept us up
to the minute on status of everything. It's appreciated.

Happy New Years!!!!
We would like to express our greatest appreciation to you.
The last Fiscal Year (FY02) started out not so great for all
of us with the Terrorist Attacks, the War on Terrorism, the
move of the Commodities Dept from GSA Office to ITS Office
(in April), and everything else but you continued to step
up to the plate and excel in everything we asked of you.
If there was a way to give you an award or even a pay raise
we would try everything in our power to do so. It is because
of you that the ITS Fed/GSA Commodities Department has processed
millions of dollars worth of IT Hardware/Software. We have
never worked with better people than yourself.
Your knowledge of Information Technology, providing exceptional
services, competative quote, responsiveness, etc. both displays
your professionalism, qaulities, and exceptional abilities.
You represent your company in the most special light and should
be considered an employee of the highest caliber.
We could never express how much you have done for our clients
and ourselves. Please keep up the great service/work/knowledge.
Please pass this on to your employer and immediate supervisor.
We look forward to working with you in the New Year.
Sincerely,

Joe,
I would like to commend the way one of your employees, Lynn
Berge, handled a recent problem. I ordered two Epson LCD projectors
and replacement lamps for McLain High School through Jefferson
County Schools' purchasing department in 2001. When I recently
tried to use the replacement lamps, I discovered that we received
the wrong model lamps in both orders. The first response from
CEW was that there was a 30-day replacement policy. After
several conversations with Ms. Berge, she promised to look
into the situation and work with me. She contacted the Epson
representative, who agreed to exchange the lamps. Lynn handled
this situation very professionally and in a timely manner.
She was available both by e-mail and phone to discuss the
problem and to respond to my concerns. Because of her efforts,
the problem was resolved. Thank you for having employees who
care about your customers.

Joe,
I felt compelled to write you and give you my thoughts on
two of your employees, Lynn Berge, and Joe Boglino. As a purchasing
professional who has been in this crazy business for over
nineteen years, there are only a handful of sales representatives
whom I look forward to speaking with; Lynn and Joe are two
of that small group. Of course, having dealt with Computer
Equipment Warehouse for over six years, I realize their professionalism
is something your company aspires to for all of your employees.
Of course I've been working with Joe Boglino for six plus
years now and our relationship has, hopefully assisted in
the growth of CEW and assisted the Douglas County School District
to receive outstanding pricing and more importantly outstanding
service. Joe has called me at nights, when he was home sick,
and run up untold cell phone minutes helping me whenever I
needed his assistance, going the extra mile each and every
day for me and my District. Now you've even grown stronger
with the addition of Lynn to your company. She's already taken
a page out of Joe's book by helping me at every turn and will
continue to grow into one of your best assets.
I know that I receive many kind words during a week's work
from my internal customers, but rarely, if ever, does anyone
take the time to put those thoughts on paper. Recognizing
the outstanding job they have done in the past, and realizing
that positive reinforcement is a rare and valued thing, I
wanted to write you this quick note about both Joe and Lynn.
Simply put, I'm thrilled to have them as our Representatives!
Sincerely,
Ron McCulley

I didn't know who else to send this to, so I figured you
could pass it on to the right people. We really appreciate
the work Honi Alexander has done as a representative of CEW.
She has been/done everything a customer would ask of her and
more. When you moved on to greener pastures, my first
inclination was that we might not continue to get the great,
quality service you provided. I am very happy to see
I was totally wrong.
THANKS to CounterTradeproducts.com for continued excellence in customer

Dear Dan:
Just a short note to say thanks for all of your efforts
to configure, price, obtain and ship over 15 servers for the
DII Group Infrastructure Project. I am pleased to report that
all servers came in on time with nearly perfect configurations.
And you went the extra mile to get the missing pieces to us
in time for the class. Furthermore all of the hardware booted
up without problems the first time.
I appreciate this was no easy task given the variety of
configurations and vendors. Thank you for your accessibility
and follow through.

Purchasing Office and myself value the professionalism shown
when replying to my inquiries for commodities or placing orders
with your company. Your assistance has been invaluable when
placing "rush" orders and in locating information on an item
where research is necessary. You have relayed the information
requested in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
Not only have you taken the time to assist me in daily queries,
but you have a mailed a weekly update on printers.
Again, thank you and your associates for making my job simpler.

Dear Mr. Calabria:
I am writing this letter to express my sincere apprecaiation
on behafe of Jefferson County Public School (JEFFCO) for the
professional service we continue to receive from CounterTradeproducts.com.
Initially, our relationship involved purchasing Hewlett-Packard
printers form your state award. Obviously, pricing on current
models is a determining factor for order placement, however,
when JEFFCO is able to receive detailed information on the
best configuration to meet a school's or department's requirements
and an average of a two-day turnaround on delivery, my customers
are able to concentrate more on education and not on extraneous
problems which take them away from their jobs.
Currently, and over the past several months, I have been
utilizing the expertise of your CounterTradeproducts.com representative,
Joe Boglino, for ordering items other than printers. Joe is
always timely with pricing, configurations and recommendations
on peripherals, networking and hardware. It is a pleasure
to work with someone who realizes the commitment I have towards
providing quality solutions for my customers and who responds
accordingly.
I look forward to working CounterTradeproducts.com in the future. I may
be reached on (303) 982-6797 should you wish to speak with
me personally. Thank you for your time.

RE: Joe Boglino - Outstanding Service
Dear Mr. Joe Calabria
The purpose for my letter is to inform you of the outstanding
service provided to Adams County School District No. 50 by
Joe Boglino and your entire staff. It is nor my normal practice
to commend a sales representative for doing his job well,
as that is what is expected of every sales representative.
However, in Joe's case I feel he deserves some recognition
for going above and beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding
service to the District.
Before Joe was assigned to service our District, I had all
but given up on Compaq equipment due to the inefficiency of
the Compaq personnel to deliver equipment correctly and on
time. I had also tried using various Compaq dealers with the
same result. When I informed Joe of the problems we were having
with Compaq, he took the initiative on his own to set up a
meeting between the local Compaq representative, our ITM manager,
and myself to resolve the problems. Since that time over a
year ago, Joe has continued to track all of the orders with
Compaq.
Additionally, Joe has worked many hours on our account making
sure that we had up to date status of all our orders with
Compaq and doing all the expediting of our orders. Joe is
always quick with returning our calls when we have to leave
a message and he will stay with a problem until he gets it
resolved. Because of Joe's excellent service, we have also
moved much of our business for peripherals, software, and
printer to CounterTradeproducts.com.
It is unusual in this fast paced society to find someone
who is so interested in providing good service along with
good quality and value to their customers. Joe and all of
your staff, including Dan Siemans and Mike M. who helped us
out when Joe was on vacation, have done all of that and more,
It is a pleasure to do business with your company.
